This house is beautiful and has an amazing location. The house is very well-maintained, and elegant yet with a warm atmosphere. The windows have a view of Stanton park just across the street. I have rented 3 or 4 houses over the last 10 years from Brian. He has always been gracious, helpful and attentive to details. I would highly recommend this house.

A lot of our business is repeat business, neighbors and their families, etc. That repeat business is what helps us compete with the massive companies that own so much of the short term rentals and extended stay lodging in DC. I rented 310 Millers Court for my daughter doing an internship in DC for the summer. It was exactly what she needed and the entire transaction was seamless from move in to move out. She felt very safe and the location was perfect. The furnishings were great. I recommend this business and will be renting from them in the future.

My college-age son and his dog stayed 3 months this summer at one of Capitol Hill Stay’s apartments while interning on the Hill. The location, just across the street from the Supreme Court, was incredible. It was very safe and extremely close to work and a number of shops, restaurants, etc. In addition, all interactions with CHS management were excellent. Brian was extremely professional, courteous and responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend Capitol Hill Stay and their apartments at 11 Second St NE in Washington D.C.

I recently stayed at 311 A Street Ne, apartment 1, for 6 weeks, it was a great stay, everything is in a walking distance and only 10 minutes to Union Station Metro. 30 minutes’ walk and you are in the middle of Washington DC. Great neighborhood and being only 10 minutes from the Eastern Market, fresh fruit from the farm on the weekend.The studio is well equipped and well maintain. Very responsive owner if an issue such as fuse or internet, great service.I am very happy to recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

If you are looking for a furnished rental in DC, I couldn’t recommend a better company than Capitol Hill Stay. Over the years, I’ve had two different rentals with them for half year stays. Both times, I was impressed with not only the high quality of the furnishings and the upkeep of the houses themselves, but I was also impressed with the customer service of the owners. There were rarely any issues with maintenance at all, but on the one occasion where there was an AC unit failure in July, one quick call to CHS had me in a different unit the same day and they handled everything with speed and professionalism, which I appreciated. They are a pleasure to work with, and I couldn’t say enough good things about their properties or how well the owners take care of their tenants. I will always use them when in need of housing in DC.

What a FANTASTIC stay!! Every interaction with the Manager Brian was professional and prompt. The apt was SUPER CLEAN and very well stocked with amenities. So close to EVERYTHING! Great neighborhood to walk around, grab a bite to eat, have coffee or catch the Metro. I would absolutely use Capital Hill Stay again when visiting DC.

Staying for several months in the unit on Miller Court was a true joy. Not only was the management (Brian) ultra-professional, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I enjoyed our accommodations to the fullest extent. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and well laid out, and getting settled into our home-away-from home took no time at all. As an added bonus, you could not have asked for a better location - so close to everything, but yet the unit itself was a private reprieve from the hustle and bustle of D.C. As other reviewers have stated, the location is ideal for walking to and from virtually everything, and the ability for Uber and Lyft to find your location takes only minutes. All in all, I would highly recommend Brian and the team at Capitol Hill Stay for your lodging in the D.C. area.

Had a wonderful stay at Brian’s property on Miller Court in Capital Hill. The property was clean, cozy, and stocked with essentials. They really pay attention to detail, and it shows! The neighborhood felt extremely safe, and had many food options and other shops within walking distance. Brian was very helpful and great about getting back to me in a timely manner about any questions or needs I had.
