This large
carriage house was probably built around 1880, and probably
housed both horses and carriage equipment.
It is
a 2 story 2 bedroom stand-alone structure with it's own garage
literally five feet away. One side opens onto landscaped gardens
(on the A Street side). The other side opens onto the garage.
This carriage
house is undergoing a complete renovation.
When done
it will have a brand new upscale kitchen with maple cabinets,
stainless appliances, granite countertops, rustic stone floors,
and a full size washer and dryer.
