Military/Government Amenities Program
Capitol Hill Stay has a rewards program geared specifically toward our military and government personnel per diem tenants.
Many hotels offer a membership rewards or cash back programs to their customers.
In that vein, Capitol Hill Stay offers an amenities package that can include anything needed to make your stay in Washington more efficient and enjoyable. Amenities can include maid service, dry cleaning, local transportation, transportation to and from your home area, groceries, or any other logistical need you may have while in DC.
There may also be credits toward future stays or cash back (paid directly back to the tenant) programs available, similar to what some hotel chains offer.
The amount available depends on length of stay and size of apartment. For instance, a per diem stay in a 1 bedroom or studio apartment may result in anywhere from 5 to 20% of rent being available as amenities (depending on length of stay, number of available apartments, etc.).
CHS appreciates our military and government personnel business very much, and we offer these amenities as a thank you and as a way to stay competitive with the very large multinational furnished housing companies that have unlimited advertising and development budgets.
